First of all, I started off by stamping the flowers and leaves several times on Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock using Permanent Black Crisp Ink. Next, I proceeded to colour the image using the purples from the Artist Markers Set B.
For the flowers I used; Soft Lilac, Lavender Fields, Deep iris and very little amount of Midnight Violet. For the leaves I used; Morning Frost, Evening Gray, Moon Rock and Lava Rock.
Next, I die cut all the images with a coordinating die and started to arrange them onto my one layer card base.
After I found the placement I was happy with, I stamped the sentiment directly on the front. Also, I added black paint splatters at this point. Next, using foam tape I started arranging my bouquet hence the dimension.
In addition to adding foam tape, I also pinched the leaves to add more interest.
Finally as the Build-A-Flower Anemone bouquet came together I noticed the lack of sparkle therefore I reached for my very reliable glitter tapes. So, adding a thin strip of glitter tape and some beautiful purple sequins makes all the difference!
That is all from my side. Have a great day!
