First and foremost, I have to warn you that the colour of the flower is a bit off in all the photos, maybe the photos didn’t come out right because of the cloudy weather. I hope you already know how these colours are suppose to look like.
I started off by stamping the flower from Remember This Stamp Set repeatedly in a random pattern on to my front panel with white ink. Also, know that you don’t have to get this perfect, if the image doesn’t stamp correctly you can always give the panel a chalkboard look!
After I was done, I adhered the front panel on to my base.
Next, I stamped a flower and a few leaves on to some watercolour cardstock. Since I was aiming for a quick card I decided to use the Artist Markers Set A. The Artist Markers are amazing and will not look bad even if you add shading roughly. These markers are a must have if you want quick results.
For the Reds I used Coral Berry, Ruby Red and Grapevine. For the Greens I used Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades and Evergreen.
Then I stamped the sentiment on to a broad strip of cardstock, popped it over the card front. Lastly, I placed the flowers and leaves on different levels using foam tape.
Finally, for a bit of bling I added a couple of sequins. I hope you like the card, I do like the Remember This Stamp Set a lot.
All in all this was a super quick card and I think I will be making more of these to send to friends. Thank you for stopping by.
