Quick and Easy Card Tutorial: Awesome Embossing with Stencils!

by Laurie Willison

Good morning, friends! It’s Laurie here today with a quick and easy card using my favorite stencil for a fun detail!  Today, I grabbed Build-A-Flower: Stargazer Layering Stamp & Die Set and the Classy Stripes Stencil to create this easy card.

To get started, I used the Classy Stripes Stencil to add an embossed texture on my white card base. I simply ran it through my die cut machine with the embossing mats to bring out this amazing striped detail.

Next, I stamped and die cut those gorgeous blooms using the Red Sunset Oval Ink Bundle. I just love those bright pinks and reds.

Lastly, I used Sentiment Strips 2 and embossed a little black banner. I added that with some foam tape to the front of my card.

That is it for today.  I hope you have enjoyed my quick and easy project! Thanks for coming by today!
